It’s another case against Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The Telugu Desam Party chief is getting involved in one case after the other. After getting an interim relief with the bail, Chandrababu faces two new cases now. AP CID has today filed a new case against the Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu for sand irregularities.
The case relates to illegal sand mining under the guise of the Free Sand Policy during the regime of Chandrababu Naidu. Mines and Geology Department director VG Venkata Reddy today complained to the AP CID who in turn registered the case. He is also the full additional charge (FAC) as vice-chairman and managing director of AP Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC).
The CID issued an FIR and sent it to the ACB Court in Vijayawada. Chandrababu Naidu was listed as A2 in this case while Peethala Sujatha was A1 and Chintamaneni Prabhakar was A3.
