The transfer of Krishna river projects to the Krishna River Management Board has become a contentious issue in Telangana, sparking heated debates. Following alleged negligence in a KRMB meeting, the Telangana government has called for the resignation of ENC Muralidhar Rao. Today, the Revanth government plans to introduce a resolution in the Assembly asserting that the projects on the Krishna river will not be relinquished to the KRMB.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao addressed the matter on Twitter, stating that the Congress government will present a resolution today opposing the transfer of Krishna projects to the KRMB. He attributed this decision to the pressure generated by the Chalo Nalgonda Sabha, marking a significant victory for the BRS as an opposition party.
