Khammam district is one constituency that can become a nightmare for KCR and his party. It seems to pose a bigger challenge to KCR in the coming general elections.
If we go deep into the details, despite having a great wave, the Pink party has failed to show the impact in the Khammam constituency. Though KCR is determined to win all the seats in the constituency, the party has managed to win only one constituency out of the ten in the district. Since the beginning, this particular constituency is never in the TRS ambit. Neither KCR nor TRS has failed to impress or woo the people during the last two elections. KCR seems to be trying hard to get a hold of this constituency by pulling the efficient leaders of other parties into TRS but nothing is working out.
Keeping these situations aside for a while, KCR has one more biggest hurdle in the name of Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy who is a former member of parliament. Ponguleti has owed to win all the seats in this constituency and might become the biggest threat to TRS hold as he has already begun his groundwork for the next elections. Ponguleti might be joining the congress party very soon and have to see how the mastermind KCR retaliates this.
