Amaravati: YSRCP leader and Vijayawada MP, Kesineni Nani, asserted during a meeting in Vijayawada that surveys indicate the TDP will secure only 54 seats in the upcoming elections. Accusing Chandrababu of betraying Vijayawada, Nani expressed confidence that Chandrababu wouldn’t secure a victory even by chance. He urged support for Jagan, himself, and Devineni Avinash. Nani claimed that the TDP had treated him disrespectfully, while Jagan welcomed him warmly, granting him an MP ticket. He criticized Chandrababu’s alleged desire to turn Vijayawada into a burial ground and create another old city, dismissing the need for an airport.
Kesineni Nani suggested that Chandrababu’s ultimate goal is to make his son, Nara Lokesh, the CM, and cheat Pawan Kalyan for Lokesh’s benefit. Furthermore, Nani had previously predicted that Amaravati would not be completed even after 30 years. While expressing support for Amaravati, he suggested it would have been a grand city if planned differently from the outset, cautioning against involvement with land mafia. Nani accused both father and son, Chandrababu and Lokesh, of deceiving the farmers of Amaravati.
