The entire case of four TRS MLAs poaching cases has turned in favor of the accused as the case was no longer in the hands of the T-State as the HC transferred it to the central institution of CBI. Now that the tables have been turned, experts say that now the TRS party and its Chief are at the receiving end.
The High Court has agreed with the plea of the three accused members in this case that the SIT assigned by the TRS government is not safe and impartial so it immediately asked the CBI to take up the case. This also relieved many names who were called in for the inquiry and on the mode of absconding like BJP’s general secretary Santosh Reddy. Now the mind-boggling issue is that the CBI being in the control of the BJP-led central government would like to trouble KCR and his rechristened National party BRS. In this regard, CBI would likely be sending notices to the CM KCR as he was the main one who produced evidence in the entire issue and tipped off the police.
If this happens for real, KCR will remain the first-ever Chief Minister in the history of Indian Politics to appear before CBI in an embarrassing position. Political lovers say that BJP will direct CBI to minimize the ramblings of KCR against BJP using these notices as its weapon.
