There have been speculations as to who will finally play the lead role as Hanuman. It was earlier reported that Megastar Chiranjeevi has been shortlisted for the role, but with his commitments towards other movies it seems to have been canceled out.

Rishab, who shot to nationwide fame with the success of Kantara and even won a National Award for his stellar performance, is now in high demand.
