Former Minister of BJP, Kanna Lakshminarayana has left the saffron party to join the TDP in Andhra Pradesh. Fresh updates from his followers indicate his entire plan of celebrations today for this career-changing political plan.
Kanna who has been far from the AP-BJP affairs since then Somu Veeraaju took up the party responsibilities and hinted at his exit many times. After holding talks with the TDP biggies, Kanna confirmed his joining TDP and he has fixed his muhurta for the official entry. Kanna along with a thousand of his followers would go to a rally with TDP flags from his house to the TDP party office in Guntur and join in the presence of TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu and other important leaders. Along with him, another BJP leader Thala Venkatesh Yadava who contested as an MLA twice from Ponnur, and BJP Minority Morcha State Vice President SM Nizamuddin will also join TDP.
The TDP supporters and Kanna’s followers already gathered at Kanna’s house and huge flexes featuring CBN, Lokesh, and other biggies were also seen in front of his house. Hailing from the Kapu community, Kanna enjoys a following and is known as a people’s leader among the Guntur Kapu community circles. Initially, everyone thought he would join Janasena but Kanna chose TDP later and shocked all by keeping his political aspirations in mind.
