The former bureaucrat turned politician JD Lakshminarayana is still thinking of participating in general polls yet again to make some changes in the lives of people. His associates however state that this strict leader might again contest from the same constituency of Visakhapatnam for the 2024 elections.
Lakshminarayana forayed into active politics and joined Janasena to contest as an MP from Visakhapatnam and lost miserably despite his good name and sincerity. Post the debacle, he maintained a distance from the party, and many thought he would float his own party just like Lok Sattla JP Narayana to bring some reforms. After a huge gap, the leader is now seen speaking alongside Janasena and its chief Pawan Kalyan in a recent interview but there was no official news regarding his association with Janasena post the elections.
Now it was learned that he will again contest in the MP elections from Vizag where he got 23% of votes as an independent leader because he was not interested in any party as of now. Political experts however opine that he would either contest from Janasena or BJP because of his past relations with Janasena and also the fact that BJP is an ally of it.
