Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor is garnering attention with her impressive signing spree. Although her Telugu cinema debut has yet to hit big screens, she has a handful of Telugu films in her upcoming projects. She is diligently preparing for her debut alongside Jr. NTR in the highly anticipated film ‘Devera: Part 1’, helmed by Koratala Siva.
Following ‘Devera’, she will appear in Ram Charan’s next ‘RC 16’. Additionally, rumors suggest she may collaborate with another renowned Telugu actor in a major future production.
Currently, the Mr. & Mrs. Mahi actress is set to enthrall audiences with her upcoming film ‘Ulajh’, slated for release on August 2. During her promotional interview with Pinkvilla, the actress shared intriguing insights about ‘Devera’ and working with Jr. NTR.
Regarding ‘Devera’, Janhvi expressed, “I love how they work over there; I love how they treat a movie like a work of art.. like a work of cinema. They really give it that respect, scale, and magnitude. They have so much conviction in their storytelling.”
Talking about her co-star, Jr. NTR, she said, “Jr. NTR sir walks into a frame and it becomes alive. His energy is contagious, and I recently shot for a song with him; the speed at which he picks is unheard of. I’m here learning the same for 10 days, and he just learns it all in a second. Even in his takes, he’s just alive on camera.”
About the director, Koratala Siva, she said, “Siva sir is the captain of the ship of such a big ship. The stakes are so high, it is a set of large magnitude, and there are so many extras always. It’s a huge film, but he’s so calm. He is so lovely to talk to, easy to work with, and you feel very protected as an actor.”
