After their 2021 action film Master, Tamil star actor Thalapathy Vijay has once again joined hands with the ace filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for a gangster action thriller Leo. Interestingly, Leo is the third film in line under the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU) connecting with his previous films like Khaithi and Vikram.
Ever since the announcement of Leo, fans and netizens are in an expectant hush for updates. However, the film unit has now unveiled an exciting update. As per the sources, the shooting of Leo which has been happening in Kashmir for over a month has now come to an end. Yes, you heard it right! it’s a wrap for Leo in Kashmir. Celebrating the film’s first wrap, the makers of Leo released a video that is now trending on the internet.
The video was dedicated to the crew and technicians of Leo who worked extremely hard even in the extreme weather conditions of Kashmir. From the video, we can learn how the team unit of Leo worked in minus degrees weather, facing language barriers along with one’s own personal traumas.

Speaking more about Leo, the film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar under the banner Seven Screen Studio. The film stars Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha in the lead roles. The duo who previously worked in four films including Ghilli, Thirupaachi, Kuruvi and Aathi are collaborating after 14 years for this film.
Apart from Vijay and Trisha, Leo also stars Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Manobala and others in vital roles.
With heavy expectations, Leo is scheduled to be released on October 19 of this year.
