Hyderabad: A significant development unfolds in the Delhi liquor scam investigation as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) carries out searches at BRS MLC Kavitha’s residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on Friday. According to the reports, around Ten ED officials from Delhi have been conducting these searches for nearly an hour, focusing on gathering details of financial transactions spanning the past decade. The operation, led by the ED joint director, remains ongoing.
Simultaneously, authorities have confiscated the mobile phones of Kavitha’s colleagues. Heightened security measures, including a substantial police presence, have been implemented around Kavitha’s residence during the searches, which are anticipated to last for another three to four hours. ED officials are strictly restricting access to Kavitha’s house, leaving her supporters in shock over the turn of events.
