Already on alert due to forthcoming festivals, police were further alarmed by the Bengaluru incident.
Hyderabad Police Commissioner, K. Sreenivasa Reddy, emphasized heightened readiness. Central Forces also intensified security measures at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, subjecting all passengers, baggage, and visitors to thorough checks. The measures aim to ensure public safety amidst heightened security concerns.
