The high court of Andhra Pradesh has issued an important notice dismissing government order number 1 which was introduced by YSRCP just to restrain the opposition parties.
The G.O. one has been implemented by the ruling party on January 2nd of this calendar year just to prohibit the rallies and road shows of the opposition parties. They have enforced this order as a part of a political vendetta. The Communist Party of India general secretary Rama Krishna has challenged this in the High Court and after hearing all the pleas from all the sections, finally given the verdict.
Rama Krishna has stated that in order to hinder the rights of the opposition parties, the government has brought this order and also mentioned that it’s not applicable to the ruling party. The government defended its version saying that a lot of mishaps and deaths happened during Chandrababu roadshows. After multiple hearings, the High Court has dismissed the GO1 marking a significant setback for the ruling party.
