Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious visual extravaganza ‘Vishwambhara’ got postponed from Sankranti season to next Summer. While the team is back to the drawing board after taking a serious note of the negative feedback against the substandard VFX effects in the first look teaser as there is ample time left for the film’s release, here is an interesting snippet that will cheer up the Mega fans.
As per reliable sources, happening comedian Satya, who is currently dominating the Telugu cinema scene with her flawless comic timing in medium and small budget films, is set to shine in a humourous role in Vishwambhara. Reportedly, Satya will be seen in a side splitting role in this magnum opus socio-fantasy thriller. His scenes will tickle the funny bone of moviegoers and leave them in splits.
Though Vishwambhara is touted to be a larger-than-life action saga with a blend of fantasy and adventure set in a different time period, there will be adequate portion of entertainment. The makers want to ensure that there is a good dose of slapstick comedy and chose Satya to fill in the cast to provide comic relief to the audiences.
After the era of Brahmanandam, Sunil, MS Narayana and many other host of comedians, it is time of Satya to emerge as the show stealer with his funny jinks and shitck. He has already emerged as one of the most bankable comedians with his disposition and mannerisms which are the flavour of the season. As Vishwambhara is a big-budget film, Satya will raise the stakes further after its release.
Directed by Mallidi Vassishta, Vishwambhara stars Trisha Krishnan and many other notable artists in important roles. It is slated for release in May next year.
