Even after a fortnight, Telugu film Hanuman, which emerged as an outright blockbuster of Sankranti clash, is unstoppable at the box office as it continues to break more records in various territories.
The film, a Prashanth Varma directional, starring Teja Sajja in the lead role, has already entered the list of top ten highest-grossing Telugu films of all time with a world gross of 225 Crores by the end of January 25th.
On Republic Day, Hanuman once again showcased its box office muscle as it plundered a solid haul taking advantage of the National Holiday. The total gross is now close to 250Crores.
The film continued its record-breaking spree as it notched up a share of 2.20 Crores on its 15th day in Nizam( Telangana). This is an all-time record for any film on the 15th day in the largest territory of Telugu cinema. The total share is close to 28 Crores in this region. It seems to be targeting the 35 Crores mark in its full run which is a mind-blowing feat.
In overseas, the film is having a dream run in all locations. In USA, the film is nearing the $ 5 million mark. In remaining foreign countries, Hanuman packed a strong punch with a tremendous run so far.
The devotional touch and splendid visuals proved to be the biggest draws for this superhero action saga.
