Hyderabad: The Chairman of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), B. Janardhan Reddy, has tendered his resignation. However, Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has not yet accepted it. Contrary to reports, Raj Bhavan has refuted claims that the Governor has approved the resignation.

Currently stationed in Puducherry as the Lieutenant Governor, Tamilisai Soundararajan has not made a decision on Janardhan Reddy’s resignation, which was submitted shortly after his meeting with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday evening. Janardhan Reddy, a former IAS officer, faced criticism from the Chief Minister for the TSPSC’s performance during his tenure, marked by issues such as question paper leaks and exam cancellations.
