“Krishnamma,” starring Satyadev in a gripping revenge drama, has made a swift transition from theaters to digital streaming. The film, which opened in cinemas just last Friday, is already available on Prime Video. Audiences can now watch it in Telugu with English subtitles, making it accessible to a broader audience.
The film’s rapid move to OTT is largely attributed to its underwhelming box office performance. Despite Satyadev’s acclaimed performance and extensive promotional campaigns, ‘Krishnamma’ struggled to draw audiences to theaters.
“Krishnamma” boasts a supporting cast comprising Laxman Meesala, Krishna, Archana, Raghu Kunche, and Nandagopal, with a captivating musical score by Kaala Bhairava. Directed by V.V. Gopalakrishna, the film is presented by renowned director Koratala Siva and produced by Krishna Kommalapati under the banner of Arunachala Creations.
