The coalition government is preparing to provide employment to the unemployed youth of AP by making them partners in the construction of the capital Amaravati. They will be made partners in the construction of the capital by improving their professional skills through better training.
For this, CRDA, State Skill Development Organization, and National Academy of Construction (NAC) are working jointly. The government is taking steps to make the unemployed partners in the construction of the capital by providing employment through skill training in various fields.
Training is being provided to get employment in the building construction sector in collaboration with L&T, Asian Paints, and JCB. Those who have experience working in the respective sectors will be trained with free accommodation at the CRDA office in Thullur and under the auspices of Swarna Bharat Trust in Atkur.
By the time the capital works begin, it has been decided to make about 10,000 workers from AP partners in the building construction sector within the capital. For the IT industries to be established in the future, unemployed people who have studied BTech, MCA, BCA, BSC-Computer Science will be trained in various courses.
Depending on the course, training will be provided to those between the ages of 18 and 30 at the Empowerment Center located at the TDP Central Office in Mangalagiri for 60 to 90 days. Anyone from any part of the state can get training in these courses.
The skill census has already been completed in 29 villages in the capital area along with Mangalagiri. The details of about 43,000 people have been registered. Those who have entered the respective sectors have already been identified.
To create awareness among them, village-wise seminars are being organized and the employment opportunities available locally are being explained. After the skill census to be held across the state soon, plans are being made to provide training in various departments through the NAAC centers in the respective districts.
