Fans utterly disappointed with Venky’s choices

Cult fans of seasoned Telugu actor Victory Venkatesh are utterly disappointed after the release of Salman Khan’s latest Bollywood film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan. It is a known fact that Venky essayed a brief role in this family entertainer which opened to mixed reports last Friday. But, Venky’s role appeared to be very underwhelming and aimless with no weight in the story. His character in the story looked like a forced one without any significance. This has irked Venky’s fans very much. They are disgruntled after watching their favourite hero in such an inconsequential role in a Bollywood biggie.

Venky’s senior fans are absolutely unhappy with his choice of scripts in recent times. Last month, he appeared in a web series titled ‘Rana Naidu’. Audiences were shocked by the amount of vulgarity in the first episode of this series. What baffled them more is Venky’s presence in such an ‘A’ rated show with plenty of cuss words. Despite facing criticism from all quarters, Venky agreed to feature in the next episode as well.

Venky commands a good following among family audiences. His movies are mostly loved by elderly people. Shockingly, he appeared in a bold web series and faced the wrath of movie lovers and critics.

In the meantime, everyone expected Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan to perform well at the box office. Unfortunately, it hardly satisfied Venky’s fans who are now dejected with Venky’s choice of scripts. Moreover, the film couldn’t gain traction from Telugu audiences.

Now, all eyes are on his landmark film Saindhav which is currently progressing at a brisk pace. Saindhav is slated for release in December this year. Fans are expecting a good comeback from this veteran actor with this film which has Sailesh Kolanu at the helm.
