The Enforcement Department has issued fresh summons to the BRS MLC Kavitha and asked her to appear on 11th of this month. Agreeing to the reply filed by the BRS lady leader, the ED solved this issue in an amicable way.
The departments of Enforcement and CBI have worked rather fast in uncovering all the culprits behind the infamous Excise Scam of Delhi where a couple of leaders from AAP until TRS used an Excise Law and laundered money. After the alleged link with Kavitha to an arrested Hyderabad based businessman, ED has sent notices to Kavitha asking her to attend on 9th but the daughter of KCR replied that she was occupied on the day thereby requesting them to have the questioning at her home. At this juncture, Kavita used the Telangana card and tried her best to make political mileage by protesting against the BJP at Jantar Mantar but the ED made it easy by giving her a fresh date of 11th for the questioning.
With this, Kavitha has no other option but to go for the questioning on 11th and meanwhile she would continue her protest at Jantar Mantar even today against the Union Central Government alleging them of misusing their investigation agencies to silence their opponents. Meanwhile the leading Political experts conclude that BRS cannot gain anything from these protests as BJP would checkmate Kavita with sure-shot evidence in case they arrest her.
