The makers of Prabhas’ marquee film ‘Project K’ kicked started the promotions in style ahead of the massive global event at Comic-con, San Diego this week. They unveiled the first look poster of Deepika Padukone just a while ago and she appears in an intent and purposeful avatar in it.
Going by the impressive poster, it seems like Deepika Padukone will stun everyone in a de-glam role. The earnest gaze implies that she plays a meaty character in this science fiction thriller. This is going to be a complete departure from the regular glamourous roles she usually portrays in Bollywood films.
The shooting formalities of Project K are progressing at a brisk pace. Reportedly, it will be a two-part epic saga that blends mythology and fiction inspired by characters in our epic Mahabharata. The complete title will be revealed on July 20th in USA.
Project K has been creating a lot of hysteria ever since its announcement last year. Helmed by Naga Ashwin, the film stars an ensemble cast in the form of Amithab Bachchan, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan.
Vyjayanthi Movies banner is bankrolling the film on a grand scale with a larger-than-life canvas and massive technical values. It is slated for release next year.
