Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to lay the foundation stone for the construction of his personal residence in Amaravati on Wednesday, April 9. The ceremony will begin at 8:51 AM with a Bhumi Puja performed by the Chief Minister and his family.
The residence will be constructed adjacent to Road E9, located behind the Velagapudi Secretariat. On this occasion, villagers from Velagapudi are expected to honour the Chief Minister’s family with traditional ceremonial attire.
According to sources, the Naidu family has purchased five acres of land from local farmers for the construction. This move is seen as a reaffirmation of the Chief Minister’s commitment to Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
