CM Chandrababu celebrating Sankranti at his village Naravaripalli

AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is celebrating Sankranti festival in his village Naravaripalli, along with his family members.  He reached his native place in Tirupati district on Sunday night and will remain there until the 14th.

Similarly, Education Minister Lokesh and his wife, Nandamuri Ramakrishna, and MLA Balakrishna’s wife Vasundhara also reached Naravaripalle. Chandrababu’s wife Bhuvaneswari and some other relatives went there on Saturday.

CM Chandrababu said that steps are being taken to provide solar power to 2,000 houses near Naravaripalli and up to 2 kV will be provided completely free to SCs and STs. He said that consumers will get money in return for solar. He inaugurated the construction of roads in Rangampet with Rs. 2 crore and the development of Rangampet ZP High School with Rs. 1 crore.

Similarly, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for the construction of an electricity substation in Naravaripalli with Rs. 3 crore. An agreement was signed with Easy Mart to provide cheap and quality essentials to women’s groups. Essential commodities will be delivered to women’s groups that have booked online through Easy Mart.

Electric autos were distributed to women in Naravaripalle. An agreement was signed with Care and Grow to improve the intellectual skills of children in Anganwadi centers. This will be implemented on an experimental basis in 8 Anganwadi centers under Naravaripalle.

A triathlon competition was held for women and various games were organized for students. Bhuvaneswari and Brahmani watched muggulu performed by the women. 126 women participated in the triathlon competition and Bhuvaneswari presented a cash prize of Rs 10,116 to all of them.

Later, the CM along with his family members watched the games with interest. CM Chandrababu’s grandson Nara Devansh also participated in the games and created a buzz. Chandrababu himself presented prizes to the students who participated in the games organized in various subjects. Students and villagers competed to take selfies with Chandrababu.

Meanwhile, Chandrababu family members visited the Seshachala Lingeswara Swamy temple near the local Seshapuram on Sunday evening and participated in the pujas at the Vinayakaswamy temple in Kandulavaripalli.

CM Chandrababu first went to the tomb of his sister Haimavati’s husband Kanumuri and paid his respects. Later, he went to her house and spoke to the family members for a while before reaching Naravaripalli. CM Chandrababu received petitions from the people at his house.
