TDP leaders have once again reacted to YSRCP’s accusations, claiming that they were twisting the words of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to mislead the public. They say that YSRCP leaders are always on the lookout for opportunities to stir controversy and damage Naidu’s reputation.
The latest uproar revolves around the rankings assigned by Chandrababu Naidu to his ministers, a move that has sparked criticism from the opposition. YSRCP leaders have been vocal in their objections, particularly targeting Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, and Lokesh over the matter.
Addressing the backlash, Naidu clarified that these rankings were purely based on file clearance efficiency and were never intended to undermine or favor any minister. He emphasized that the goal was to create a healthy competitive spirit within the cabinet, ultimately leading to faster decision-making and improved governance. According to him, efficient administration relies on teamwork at all levels, from local officials to top leadership, ensuring swift resolution of public issues and driving the state’s progress.
Reflecting on the 2024 elections, where the alliance secured an unprecedented 93% strike rate, Naidu highlighted the strong mandate given by the people. He reaffirmed that his government has been working tirelessly from day one to fulfill public aspirations and restore effective governance. He also pointed out that his administration is committed to fixing the systemic damage caused by the previous regime.
Naidu urged his ministers to stay dedicated, collaborate effectively, and focus on implementing welfare programs efficiently. He stressed that swift, result-driven governance is key to delivering meaningful progress. Clarifying the intent behind the rankings, he stated that they serve as a performance evaluation tool aimed at encouraging efficiency and strengthening teamwork within the government.
