Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has decided to take continuous feedback from the people on government schemes, programs and civil services. As part of this, he instructed the officials to conduct opinion polls directly from the beneficiaries for better services.
He said that the IVRS system should be widely used to this end. He clarified that what the people say on any issue is final. Chandrababu called on the people to give their accurate opinion for quality services.
The government has decided to move forward according to the public opinion poll on the schemes implemented by the state government, the programs undertaken and the decisions taken. Chief Minister clarified that it will act according to their opinions to provide better and quality services to the people.
In this order, the government will collect feedback on issues such as the benefits of the scheme, its implementation and the quality of services through computer-based phone calls directly to the beneficiaries. The government will make changes and additions based on the ratings given by the people on them.
This feedback will be taken regarding schemes like door-to-door pensions and distribution of free gas cylinders under the Deepam scheme. Will the pension be properly received at home? Or not? Are there any difficulties in getting free gas cylinders under the Deepam scheme?
Opinions will be collected from the beneficiaries through questions like this. Along with the schemes, the government will also know the public opinion on the implementation of new policies brought by the government through IVRS. Opinions will also be collected from the public on the implementation of the free sand policy, the new liquor policy, and sales.
Along with the schemes and programs, information will also be collected through IVRS on the civic services being received by the people in many key departments like Revenue, Municipal, and Electricity in the coming days. If people express dissatisfaction anywhere in this information, the reasons for them will be analyzed and the services will be further improved.
