His recent outing Leo has stood as the top-grosser in his entire career and it has shattered many existing records in Kollywood. The Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial has surpassed the collections of Rajinikanth’s blockbuster hit Jailer. Vijay seems to be very planned and organized when it comes to his films. He is one of the very actors down the South who makes sure to release at least one film in the calendar year. Vijay is currently commencing the shoot of Venkat Prabhus’s film and he is teaming up with Karthik Subbaraju for his 69th film.
If the industry grapevine has to be believed, it is widely speculated that RRR producer DVV Danayya will be producing Vijay’s 70th film. Though there is no official confirmation regarding this, the fans are very excited to know this news as the producer has collaborated with Rajamouli for an epic blockbuster RRR. More details about this film are yet to be known.
