Hyderabad: Gutta Sukender Reddy appears poised to deliver a surprise blow to the BRS, as rumors swirl of his son Gutta Amit Reddy’s meeting with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s confidant, Vem Narender Reddy. Speculation mounts that they may defect from the party, fueled by Sukender Reddy’s absence from Monday’s preparatory meeting for the Nalgonda parliamentary constituency, chaired by former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Amit Reddy’s recent meeting with Vem Narender Reddy has sparked widespread discussion. Sources suggest that Amit Reddy sought an MP ticket during the meeting, despite the Nalgonda ticket already being allocated to Jana Reddy’s son, Kunduru Raghuveer Reddy. Instead, he was urged to seek candidacy from Bhuvanagiri, prompting ongoing deliberations. The Congress is reportedly considering granting the Bhuvanagiri ticket to a BC candidate. Since the BRS lost power, Gutta Sukender Reddy has notably remained unchallenged within the party.
