Big Boss fame Shanmukh Jaswanth nabbed in drugs case

Popular YouTuber and Big Boss 5 runner-up Shanmukh Jaswanth and his brother Sampath Vinay were arrested by Hyderabad police in two different cases today morning. While Shanmukh was caught having drugs( Ganja) in his room, his brother was taken into custody based on a cheating case filed by a girl named Monica hailing from Hyderabad.

Going into the details, Shanmukh’s brother Sampath Vinay was engaged to Monica three years ago. Their marriage was deferred as Monica’s mother was suffering from cancer. They are supposed to enter into wedlock next week. Meanwhile, it came to light that Sampath befriended another girl and living with her in his house. So, Monica approached the police and lodged a cheating case against Sampath Vinay.

When the police reached Sampath Vinay’s residence to question him regarding the complaint, they found Shanmukh taking drugs in his room. They immediately nabbed him and registered a case under illegal use of drugs. His brother was also arrested for cheating on a girl. Further investigation in both these cases is underway.

Shanmukh was previously involved in several cases. He was once arrested in a hit-and-run case but was later let off as he was not under the influence of alcohol while driving.

Shanmukh gained immense popularity with his dance videos and short films on YouTube. He emerged as runner-up of Big Boss 5. He commands solid followers on Instagram and has millions of subscribers on YouTube.
