The controversy around fire-brand Tollywood actress Hema reached its peak with the Bangalore police filing a Charge sheet in the court in Bangalore Rave Party case, in which they named her as an accused and confirmed of her consuming drugs.
The police also attached the MDMA medical report stating that actress Hema had taken drugs in the report. It stated that 88 people took drugs along with actress Hema in this case. The police named 9 people as organizers of the rave party in the charge sheet.
It is known that a few days ago it created a sensation and the news went viral that actress Hema along with some others took drugs. But Hema has been trying to deny it strongly, even creating `fake videos’ to show she was elsewhere in Hyderabad only on that day.
Very recently she even presented some medical test reports to the media claiming that she was proven to not consume drugs. In this sequence, Bangalore Police has filed a charge sheet of 1086 pages in this case. The police stated in the charge sheet that actress Hema participated in the party and consumed drugs.
Hema has been named an accused under Section 27 of the NDPS. It is said that another actor who attended along with Hema tested negative for drugs. Row over Hema, which seems to be over now, has started again.
The Movie Artists Associations (MAA), which suspended her membership after she was arrested in this case, has recently revoked suspension believing that she proved innocent in this case.
It is known that Hema is already in judicial custody for 14 days in Bangalore Parappana Agrahara Jail in the rave party case. Later, Bangalore Rural NDPS Special Court granted her conditional bail. She was arrested after she didn’t respond to police summons twice.
Although Hema first attended the Bangalore rave party, also released many videos saying that she did not go. But as the dress in Hema’s photo released by the police and the dress in the video released by Hema were the same, it became clear that she had gone to a party.
