After two people were nabbed by the local people and also security personnel while they were conducting reiki at the residence of BJP’s `Fire Brand’ Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh, attempt on his life was suspected.
Both of them were handed over at Mangalhat Police Station. Raja Singh’s photos along with guns and bullets were found in the cell phones of those two people. Police have identified the accused as Ismail and Mohammed Khaza. They are being questioned about conducting Reikki at Raja Singh’s house.
The three-time MLA Raja Singh said that on September 27, around 2 pm, four persons came to his house and took pictures and videos of his house. He said that the locals got suspicious and caught them. Two others escaped. When the locals opened their phone, they said that they had forwarded their photos and the location of their house to someone in Mumbai.
Raja Singh said that the two arrested youths have been handed over to the Mangalhat police and the police investigation is on. On the other hand, Raja Singh said that he immediately called Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay about this matter. The Union Minister said that there will be a full investigation and there is no need to worry.
However, he deplored that even after 24 hours, the police are not giving any information about the accused. Raja Singh said that in 2010 also Reikki was also conducted at his house and an ISI agent was arrested earlier. Even after that, many times Reiki was done about him.
Now those who did Reiki with him are Sheikh Ismail(30) and Mohammed Khaza (24) and they are from the Borabanda area. Why did you come to his house? Who is behind them? What conspiracy is going on? They want to know.
Earlier also several times Raja Singh complained to police that he had been receiving threatening calls to kill him from Pakistani mobile numbers. He also complained to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, seeking additional protection.
During the BRS regime he approached the High Court alleging that the ‘bullet proof’ car provided by the police for him was an old one and frequently causing trouble on his way. Several times, he left the car on the road and went on bikes.
