Popular television anchor and actress Anasuya Bharadwaj has raised serious allegations of online fraud against a clothing website named Truffle India. In a post shared on her Instagram account, Anasuya stated that despite placing an order and making full payment nearly a month ago, she has neither received the items nor received any response from the vendor.
According to her statement, the anchor ordered clothing through the website and completed the payment in advance. However, even after several weeks, the products were not delivered. Anasuya further alleged that repeated attempts to contact the website’s administrators went unanswered, and no refund has been issued.
Expressing her frustration, she wrote that she initially chose to stay silent but decided to go public to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams. “They are claiming to sell clothes and disappearing after collecting money. I didn’t want to talk about it, but I felt a responsibility to alert others,” she mentioned in her post.
The post has since gone viral, with netizens expressing concern and extending support. Many social media users commented with sympathy and urged action against such fraudulent practices.
Meanwhile, Anasuya continues to remain active in the entertainment industry. She is currently involved in two Tamil film projects and is participating in multiple Telugu reality shows. She was last seen in the upcoming Telugu film Pushpa 2.
