Allu Arjun rejected a Bollywood biggie?

Friday, May 17, 2024

Stylish Star Allu Arjun who is busy with the regular shooting of Pushpa-2 has reportedly rejected a big project in Bollywood. The hero who recently got famous across the North belt with the Pushpa: The Rise lost a chance to make it big in the B-town.

Bunny finally got Pan-Indian recognition with the stupendous success of Pushpa- The Rise in Hindi and the movie fared better there compared to the Telugu States. To cash in his craze, a renowned production company approached the stylish star with a socio-fantasy drama ‘The Immortal Ashwathama’ but Bunny wasn’t impressed with the script as it lacked the luster to score it big, especially down South. After holding talks, the Arya star finally said No to the makers and now the production company is in search of another South Indian hero who has the Pan-Indian market. The Immortal Ashwathama was already speculated to be rejected by both Charan and Prabhas in the past but no one confirmed the news. Now Bunny rejected it and it would make other heroes think twice before accepting. However, the same speculations suggest that now makers are looking forward to casting Suriya in it.

For now, Bunny is participating in the regular shooting of Pushpa: The Rule alongside his colleagues like Rashmika Mandanna, Fahad Fassil, Anasuya, Sunil, and others. Directed by Sukumar, this movie is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Rockstar DSP is scoring the music and the team is aiming for 2024’s Summer for its theatrical release.
