A big challenge lies ahead for Nani

Natural Star Nani is the biggest crowd-puller among the second tier of actors in Tollywood. He commands a strong following among family audiences and youth. This is why his films take a solid opening in Telugu States and overseas irrespective of the season.

His upcoming film ‘Hi Nanna’ has been making a lot of noise ever since it was announced earlier this year. The classy teasers and trailers along with heartwarming posters further increased the buzz on the film. Nani single-handedly led the promotional campaign for more than a month and turned the attention of everyone.

But, a big challenge awaits Nani. Last time he came up with a romantic family entertainer in the form of Ante Sundaraniki, Nani didn’t achieve the desired box-office success. Despite getting good reviews, the film failed to attract moviegoers.

Hi Nanna is billed as an emotional rollercoaster ride. It is clear from the trailers that the film won’t have any mass elements like his previous outing Dasara, which performed well at the box office.

Moreover, Hi Nanna will face competition from Animal, which is currently breaking records at the box office. Nithiin’s Extra Ordinary Man is also releasing this week. Moreover, biggies like Salaar and Dunki are set for release later this month.

So, Hi Nanna will have only ten days to pull in strong numbers at the box office. It will be a big test for Nani to overcome all these factors and deliver a big hit.
