Producer Bandla Ganesh has once again found himself at the center of controversy following his remarks at the Little Hearts success meet. Known for his outspoken nature, Ganesh’s comments during the event have stirred debate across the Telugu film industry. Responding to the issue in a recent interview, producer Bunny Vas expressed his disappointment, stating that the remarks deeply upset him and disrupted what was meant to be a celebratory atmosphere.
During the success event, Bandla Ganesh said, “Not everyone in the industry is fortunate enough to be born as the Megastar’s brother-in-law, the son of a star comedian, or the father of an Icon Star. No matter how hard others work, recognition ultimately goes to a select few.” His statement was widely interpreted as an indirect reference to senior producer Allu Aravind. Bunny Vas, who was seated beside Aravind on stage, appeared visibly uncomfortable and responded immediately, clarifying, “It’s not accurate to say that Allu Aravind garu was born to a star comedian. In fact, Allu Ramalingaiah garu became a star comedian only after Aravind garu was born. Perhaps Bandla Ganesh garu is unaware of this.”
Addressing the controversy later, Bunny Vas said, “Bandla Ganesh’s comments were shocking and disappointing. Allu Aravind garu has made immense contributions to the Telugu film industry, and hearing such remarks about him was painful. The joyful spirit of the event was completely lost because of those words.” Meanwhile, reactions on social media have been mixed—while some netizens defended Ganesh’s straightforwardness, others criticized him for making personal remarks during a public celebration.
