Komatireddy slams Munugodu constituency Deliberately changing Ailment Under RRR-South

Friday, December 5, 2025

Disagreement and intolerance seem to be gradually emerging in the ruling Congress party led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.  Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, the MLA from Munugodu in Nalgonda district, who is angry that he was not given a ministerial post as promised, is not going away.

He, who had previously made harsh criticisms of his own party government, has now repeated them once again. He has made it clear what his intention is. He has recently accused the Munugodu constituency of deliberately changing the alignment under the Regional Ring Road-South.

He has flagged that the alignment was changed in this way to benefit the Divis company. He warned that he will fight the government in providing justice to the farmers who have lost their lands and will take all possible steps to provide justice to them. Farmers and other displaced persons who are losing their lands under this road met Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy.

They requested that justice be done to them. He assured them that he is talking to the MLAs of other constituencies falling under RRR-South and will fight for the alignment change by including all of them. Rajagopal Reddy said that the MLAs of the respective constituencies are also concerned about this matter.

Komatireddy made it clear that despite being in the ruling party, he will be on the side of the people and will speak out on their behalf. He said that the post of MLA was given to him by the people and it is his responsibility to ensure that they do not face hardships.

He made it clear that the Revanth Reddy government should explain the reasons for changing the alignment to the farmers and convince them to take a decision. He said that it should not be taken by force. Komatireddy criticized that a mistake was made in the alignment issue in RRR-North and that the same mistake is being continued in the South as well.

He said that he will talk to the Chief Minister along with the MLAs of the constituency that goes to the Regional Ring Road. He said that the government should understand the emotion between the land and the farmer and take their concerns into account.
