KTR slams PC Ghosh Commission As PCC Ghosh Commission, set up By The Congress party

Friday, December 5, 2025

BRS Working President KT Rama Rao criticized that it was not the PC Ghosh Commission, but the PCC Ghosh Commission set up by the Congress party. BRS MLAs organized an innovative protest at Gun Park over the fertilizer crisis prevailing across the state. They protested with empty urea bags at the Martyrs’ Stupa in Gun Park, ahead of the beginning of the assembly session.

Speaking on this occasion, KTR demanded that the state government should hold assembly sessions for at least 15 days. “We are ready even if they hold more than that. Whatever issue the state government puts in the house, we will give a proper answer to everything”, he said. Starting from the agriculture sector, if any issue is put up for discussion in the house, he said they are ready to face it.

“We will explain about the programs and schemes done by KCR for agricultural welfare along with the agricultural area. We will also give an answer about Kaleshwaram, the world’s largest lift irrigation project. Let’s see what decision the Speaker will take on the issue of dissenting MLAs. The process regarding dissenting MLAs is already ongoing, let’s see what decision they will take”, KTR said.

He accused the state government of trying to run the assembly in its favor today and not talking about the problems of farmers and the fertilizer crisis in the state. During the 10 years of KCR’s government, he recalled there was no such shortage of fertilizers and farmers did not have to stand in lines.

Then why did the Congress come to power today and have to queue up sandals and queue up Aadhaar cards? Why did farmers have to stand in lines for fertilizers even on a festival day and get wet in the rain and suffer?, he wondered.

KTR want to give the assembly an opportunity to discuss at length about the farmers who lost their crops or the difficulties caused by heavy rains. He demanded that the assembly should discuss the agricultural crisis in the state and also should discuss the Congress’s fraud on farmers, stating that more than 600 farmers have committed suicide and 75 lakh farmers are in distress today.
