Biodiversity Board Chairman says CM Chandrababu cleared Rs 26,000 crore Debt Left By Jagan’s Regime

Thursday, December 11, 2025

Biodiversity Board Chairman and TDP leader Nilayapalem Vijaykumar said that the coalition government-led by Chandrababu Naidu has cleared Rs. 26,000 crore debt left by the Jaganmohan Reddy’s regime. He said that the education fees and grain farmers’ dues were being paid and  pensions were increased as soon as the coalition government came to power.

Vijaykumar was furious that the destruction done by Jagan was not all this. He said that the prices of liquor were reduced after the coalition government came to power. However, he explained that the income increased. He flagged that the liquor money did not reach the treasury during the YSRCP regime and was furious that all that money went out.

Vijaykumar stated that most of the liquor income went into the accounts of the party leaders. He recalled that this month’s GST was 14 percent higher than last month, which is 6 percent higher than last year. He said that if a government has good GST revenue, the economic situation in that state will improve and the business ecosystem will develop. He also explained that there is a certain stability in business transactions.

He also revealed that it means that business is going well. If all these are good, he asserted that then the government is also good, and the reason for this is the stable government in AP. He said that businesses are doing well and new companies are coming to the state. He said that GST has grown because new businessmen are investing here.

He explained that despite the welfare programs being taken up, the debts have decreased this year compared to last year. He objected that the decrease in debts since the YSRCP came to power was not due to a mistake and debts have also decreased after the coalition government came to power. He recalled that free bus travel for women will start from August 15th.

Vijaykumar said that the `Ammaku Vandanam’ scheme was implemented in June itself. He said that the coalition government will take the rule forward by keeping welfare programs on one hand and income and wealth creation on the other. He lamented that the roads in AP were very bad under the YSRCP government like in no other state. Every road looked terrible with potholes at every step, but after the coalition government came to power, the roads found salvation, he added.
