Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on the second day of his Singapore tour with the agenda of developing ports, cities and sports in AP, he will meet with representatives of Airbus, Honeywell and Evervolt. He will also participate and address the Singapore Business Forum Roadshow on Monday.
CM Chandrababu, who has gone to Singapore for a five-day tour, will meet with representatives of the Singapore government and heads of several organizations on the second day of the tour. He will discuss with them the development of cities, sports and port-based industries. Chandrababu will meet with Singapore Minister for Trade and Industry Dr. Tan See Leng.
He will discuss power, science and technology and industrial cooperation. Later, he will meet with representatives of Airbus Krithivas and Venkat Katkuri. He will also meet representatives of Honeywell. Later, he will participate in a business round table meeting. CM Chandrababu will discuss on the topic of ‘Shifting from skills to capabilities, accelerating the workforce’ today.
Students from the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, and Singapore University of Technology and Design will participate in the meeting. Later, Chandrababu will meet Evervolt Chairman Simon Tan. In the afternoon, Chandrababu will visit the Singapore Sports School and discuss the issue of integrating sports development plans in the state.
Later, he will visit the Tuas Port site. He will participate in a special meeting under the chairmanship of PSA CEO Vincent on port-based industrial development, smart logistics, heavy manufacturing, and export infrastructure in AP.
In the evening, he will attend a road show organized by the AP-Singapore Business Forum. Chandrababu will speak on the state’s development plans in the presence of Singaporean and international investors. Later, the CM will have a special meeting with Adani Ports MD Karan Adani and discuss the development and investment of ports in AP.
During his first day of visit, Chandrbabu was busy with a series of meetings with representatives of various organizations. Representatives of Surbana Jurong met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at Cherek. Infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh were discussed in the meeting.
The issue of further improving the master plan prepared for the capital Amaravati in the past was also discussed with Surbana in the meeting. Earlier, the Indian High Commissioner in Singapore, Shilpak Ambule, paid a courtesy call.
