Friday, December 5, 2025

BJP MP CM Ramesh’s recent comments, implying efforts to merge BRS with the BJP, have rocked Telangana politics. Responding forcefully, BRS Working President KTR brushed aside the charges, stating that as long as Telangana has its existence, BRS will be a vital political force and there is absolutely no scope for merging with any other party.

KTR used the moment to remind the public that, despite the trying times during the COVID crisis, the state government had maintained its developmental and welfare programs undisturbed, unlike the government now that he accused of mismanaging critical issues. He highlighted the on-going shortage of fertilizers in the state as a criticism of the government’s inability to adequately handle critical resources. KTR also made a low-key jab at the Congress government.

Hoping for a better future, KTR said that after KCR again becomes Chief Minister, the citizens of Telangana would see a finalization of their ongoing problems. He categorically denied speculation regarding BRS’s merger with other parties, emphasizing that BRS, which was born for people of Telangana, will remain steadfast and battle for the state’s well-being.

K.TR‘s remarks have reinvigorated political discussions in the state, paving the way for more arguments. in the run-up to coming elections.
