BRS executive president KT Rama Rao has made sensational allegations that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is having his ministers’ phones tapped. Fearing that his Chief Minister’s seat is being compromised, he dared Revanth Reddy to answer whether the phones of Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy are being tapped?
During his tour in Khammam, he said that everything will be revealed soon, including the evidence. Meanwhile, strongly denying Revanth Reddy’s accusations that he had met TDP Minister Nara Lokesh secretly, KTR asserted that he did not meet him atalls. However, he asked what is wrong with meeting him? He said that he has good relations with Lokesh and that he does not need to meet Lokesh at midnight.
Lamenting that Revanth was a coward, KTR alleged he was running away when he came for a discussion on his allegations. He said that Revanth Reddy was suffering from a mental illness and was talking nonsense in chit chat with the media.
He was furious that Revanth Reddy had betrayed Telangana by handing over the Godavari waters to Chandrababu Naidu. He recalled that after he found like a `thief’ meeting Chandrababu Naidu as against his previous statement of not meeting the latter on Bankacharla, now was acting crazy just for the sake of attention diversion.
KTR warned that if Revanth Reddy made a mistake, another movement would be inevitable. Stating that there are three ministers in Khammam district, he said one of them is the Minister of Bombs. He said that the minister is walking around holding bombs, but bombs that do not explode.
He said that another minister is roaming around commissions and that no one understands what another agriculture minister is doing. Former minister KTR satirized that there is a shortage of fertilizers in Telangana state and farmers are singing songs that the old days have returned thanks to Congress.
He said that BRS should show its strength in the local body elections. Stating that people are very angry with the government, he advised the BRS cadre to explain to the people the fraud committed by the Congress.
