Veteran actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, currently filming the action-packed sequel Akhanda 2 under the direction of Boyapati Srinu, is preparing for his next major project—his 111th film—helmed by director Gopichand Malineni. The new venture, tentatively titled NBK111, is already generating buzz among fans and the film industry alike.
During a recent appearance at a Telugu cultural event in the United States, Gopichand Malineni shared fresh insights into the upcoming film. He described NBK111 as a “next-level” project, promising that audiences will see Balakrishna in an entirely new avatar. “This film will showcase a new angle of Balakrishna garu that fans have never seen before,” the director said.
The announcement has heightened anticipation among the Nandamuri fanbase, with many eager to see how Malineni’s vision will unfold on screen. Pre-production is currently underway, and the film is expected to go on floors soon following the completion of Akhanda 2, which is slated for release during the Dussehra season.
