Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Nara Lokesh stated that the Mega DSC (teacher recruitment exam) was successfully conducted in just 23 days, overcoming all obstacles. He congratulated the officials involved in organizing the recruitment process and mentioned that the preliminary key has already been released. The final key will be issued after reviewing objections from candidates, he added.
Lokesh alleged that the YSRCP tried to stall the DSC by filing court cases, calling it a conspiracy. Despite 31 cases filed in courts, he asserted that the examination was held in a fair and transparent manner. He also confirmed that rules related to SC sub-categorization and sports quota were strictly followed. A total of 3.36 lakh candidates submitted 5.77 lakh applications, with 92.9% appearing for the exams, he said.
