The Nallapadu police have initially determined that Singaiah, who died in a road accident in Guntur during YSRCP President Jaganmohan Reddy’s Rentapalla tour, died after being hit by Jagan’s vehicle. So far, the police are investigating the incident, believing that he was hit by the vehicle of the YSRCP leader accompanying Jagan’s convoy.
However, a new angle has come to light in Singaiah’s death through an unexpectedly leaked video. The police have initially determined that a man named Singaiah died after being hit by the vehicle in which YS Jagan was travelling. On the 18th of this month, when YS Jaganmohan Reddy was on a tour of Palnadu district, an accident occurred near Etukuru near Guntur.
So far, the police have assumed that Singaiah was hit by another vehicle participating in YS Jagan’s rally, and have been investigating in that direction. An unexpectedly leaked video reveals what happened that day. The video shows that some activists noticed Singaiah falling under Jagan’s vehicle at the turn point of the National Highway into the service road at Etukuru and gestured to the driver to stop.
After a thorough examination of the CCTV cameras, video footage, and drone videos, it was confirmed that Singaiah had fallen under the vehicle in which YS Jagan was traveling and died. Those present at the time of the incident were identified as YSRCP activists from Chinakondrupadu in Prathipadu mandal and were called to inquire about what happened that day.
They asked them to confirm whether Singaiah had died and brought the matter to the attention of higher authorities. On the day of Singaiah’s death, District SP Satish Kumar, speaking at a media conference, said that the vehicle in the rally had collided with it and also mentioned its registration number. Since there was no complete clarity at that time, a case was registered in the FIR stating that an unidentified vehicle had hit the vehicle.
When former CM Jagan’s convoy was entering the service road at Etukuru, YSRCP workers rushed on the national highway against the rules. They went in front of the convoy and climbed on the front of the vehicle in which YS Jagan was travelling, creating havoc. In this process, when Jaganmohan Reddy was leaving his vehicle to greet him, the vehicle fell down and he lost his life.
