Icon Star Allu Arjun’s star power has increased immensely in all over India. With a strong pan-India fan base, directors from all industries are eager to work with the stylish star. Though Arjun has already given his go-ahead for a high-budget venture with director Atlee, he’s also said to be discussing stories with some top Malayalam directors.
In the midst of this commotion, recent news reports suggested that renowned Malayalam director Basil Joseph had met Allu Arjun to discuss a science fiction project. There were soon rumors that Bunny had taken interest in the script and that things were progressing. Social media went into overdrive speculating that Allu Arjun could be brought on board to play the legendary superhero Shaktimaan.
However, putting all the rumours to rest, director Basil Joseph has now issued a clarification. Addressing the media, he stated, “No one is working on the Shaktimaan project. If and when it happens, it will be with Ranveer Singh. The ongoing buzz is purely speculative.”
With this statement, it’s now apparent that Allu Arjun is not included in the highly spoken-about Shaktimaan remake, and all the rumors were nothing but unsubstantiated rumors.
