Tollywood hunk Akkineni Akhil, son of Nagarjuna, has started a lovely new chapter as he wedded his long-time beau, Zainab. The two of them tied the knot in a peaceful and traditional wedding ceremony during early hours of Friday morning at around 3 AM in the presence of sacred Vedic mantras that lent a pious touch to the event.
The wedding took place in Hyderabad in Jubilee Hills at Nagarjuna’s residence featuring a small, quiet ceremony with just the immediate family and a few close invitees. The small function had some of the biggest names from Tollywood, including Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha; Ram Charan and Upasana; director Prashanth Neel; and Sharwanand blessing the couple.
Following the rituals, a fun-filled baraat celebration was also conducted in which Akhil’s brother, Naga Chaitanya, also participated, adding his support and energy to the party. Scenes of the celebration have been widely posted on social networking platforms, with friends and relatives enjoying the joyful moments spent there.
To put the wedding celebrations to an end, Nagarjuna is hosting a grand reception on June 8 at the famous Annapurna Studios.
