KTR Responds To ACB Notice In Formula E Case

Saturday, December 6, 2025

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has once again sent a notice to BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), summoned him for questioning in the ongoing Formula E case. The inquiry is scheduled for May 28 at the ACB office.

Responding to the notice, KTR took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm receipt but stated he would be unable to attend on the specified date due to previously planned international travel to the UK and the US. He has officially informed the ACB about his commitments and assured that he will fully cooperate with the investigation once he returns.

KTR characterized the case as a politically motivated opportunity but repeated his esteem for the law and his responsibility as a citizen to follow it. The attention shifts to how the ACB will react to his request to reschedule the hearing — a matter the political watchers and legal observers would find interesting.
