The Ghattamaneni family is preparing to welcome a new actor as Jayakrishna, son of late actor Ramesh Babu and nephew of superstar Mahesh Babu, is poised to make his entry into Tollywood as a lead hero.
Industry insiders reveal that Jayakrishna’s debut film will be directed by Ajay Bhupati, known for the blockbuster RX 100. The project is reportedly a collaboration between Vyjayanthi Movies and Anand Arts, two prominent production houses in Telugu cinema. Jayakrishna has already completed a professional photoshoot and is undergoing rigorous training in acting and other aspects of filmmaking to prepare for his debut.
Ramesh Babu, Jayakrishna’s father, was a respected actor and producer who made his mark as a child artist and actor in several Telugu films. He was the eldest son of legendary actor Krishna and the elder brother of Mahesh Babu. Ramesh Babu’s notable filmography includes titles such as Alluri Seetharama Raju, Mosagallaku Mosagadu, and Devudu Chesina Manushulu. He also produced films featuring Mahesh Babu, including Atithi and Arjun. Sadly, Ramesh Babu passed away in 2022 after battling health issues.
