Kireeti, the son of former Karnataka politician and businessman Gali Janardhana Reddy, is making his cinematic debut with the upcoming romantic entertainer, ‘Junior.’ Youth sensation Sree Leela is starring opposite him as the female lead. Adding to the star power, renowned actress Genelia Deshmukh plays a key role.
Previously, the filmmakers unveiled teasers, including Kireeti’s character intro and the title reveal, both of which received a positive response from audiences, particularly for Kireeti’s striking on-screen presence and energetic dance moves.
Now, the much-anticipated film has locked in its theatrical release date. Junior is officially scheduled to hit screens on July 18, 2025. The announcement came via a poster released on social media featuring the main cast: Kireeti, Sree Leela, Genelia Deshmukh, and Ravi Chandra V. While most of the cast is seen smiling, Genelia’s intense expression hints at a powerful role.
This romantic entertainer is helmed by Radha Krishna Reddy and backed by Rajani Korrapati under the prestigious Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram banner on a grand scale. Set for a pan-Indian release, the film will be released in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
