TTD has come up with a new idea to increase spirituality among the youth and to create interest in Sanatana Dharma. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is providing VIP darshan to those who write Govinda Koti like Rama Koti and their family members. Although this program was introduced two years ago, no one knows much about it till now.
TTD has set some rules and regulations for those who write Govinda Koti. Those who are 25 years of age or younger are eligible to write this Govinda Koti. If they write Govinda Koti 10,01,115 times, they can get VIP break darshan for them and all their family members. Govinda Koti Nama books are available only at TTD information centers, book sales centers, and online.
Each of these books has 200 pages and approximately 26 books are required to complete 10,01,116 Govindakoti Namas. TTD estimates that it will take at least three years to write the books of Koti Namas. If those who complete writing these Govindakoti Namas submit them to the TTD Peshkar office in Tirumala, they will be provided with VIP break darshan the next day, said Peshkar Ramakrishna.
A Karnataka student was the first to complete this Govinda Koti Namas book. For the first time, Keerthana from Karnataka completed the Govinda Koti Namas book in April last year. She, who completed her intermediate in Bengaluru, wrote Govindakoti Namas 10,01,116 times and submitted it to TTD. TTD provided VIP break darshan to the young girls.
Meanwhile, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has clarified that the propaganda being spread by some on social media that there are remaining tickets for Srivani Darshan being given offline in Tirumala is completely untrue. In fact, it said that 500 tickets are available online and 200 tickets are available at Tirupati Airport, and devotees are booking them from time to time.
TTD has revealed that there is no instance of Srivani Darshan tickets remaining online on any day. It has said that for the convenience of devotees in Tirumala, 800 tickets are being issued offline to devotees every day.
It may be recalled that some people are spreading propaganda on social media that ‘Although the number of tickets has decreased by tens in the last few days offline, hundreds of tickets are left’. It has clarified that this is completely untrue. TTD stated that it is not appropriate to spread false information and hurt the sentiments of devotees.
