AP students Excelled In Telangana EAPCET Entrance Exams

AP students excelled in the EAPCET entrance exam conducted by the Telangana state government for admissions in engineering, agriculture and pharma courses. The first three ranks in the engineering category went to students from AP.

Palla Bharatchandra from Komarada, Parvathipuram Manyam district secured the first rank, Udagandla Ramcharan Reddy from Konapuram, Nandyal district secured the second rank, and Hemasai Suryakarthik from Vizianagaram district secured the third rank.

The EAPCET results in Telangana were released by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Sunday. Higher Education Council Chairman Balakrishna Reddy, Education Secretary Yogitha Rana, EAPCET 2025 Chairman T. Kishan Kumar Reddy, Convener Dr. B. Dean Kumar and  Co-Convenor Vijay Kumar Reddy were also present. CM Revanth Reddy congratulated the students and administrators who passed EAMCET.

The authorities have made arrangements to send the EAPCET results directly to the students’ cellphones. The exam was conducted by JNTU to fill seats in engineering, pharma and agriculture courses. Across the state, 2,07,190 students appeared in the engineering department, of which 1,51,779 (73.26 percent) passed.

In the agriculture and pharma department, 81,198 students appeared, of which 71,309 (87.82 percent) passed. While the Agriculture and Pharma entrance exams were completed on April 29 and 30, the Engineering entrance exams were successfully completed on May 2, 3 and 4. Boys dominated in the Agriculture and Pharma sections. It is noteworthy that only one girl student was in the top ten ranks. In the Agriculture and Pharma results, Saket Reddy (Medchal) got the first rank, Sabbani Lalit Varenya (Karimnagar) got the second rank, and Akshit (Warangal) got the third rank.

Meanwhile, Gurukul students showed their mettle in these results. 66 students from BC Gurukulam secured the highest ranks in the engineering department and 35 students in the agriculture and pharmacy departments. 953 students from SC Gurukulam qualified in the engineering department and 857 students in the agriculture and pharmacy departments.

On this occasion, BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and the secretaries of the respective Gurukulam societies, Saidulu and Alugu Varshini, specially congratulated the talented students.
